~STRESS~

I'm so STRESS that I just came back from a run. Ran all the away from my house to Hougang point. Spend around 40 minutes of running time to destress and keep my mind empty. . . .

Away from all stress. For me, running is still the best way to destress. Although my right leg felt pain while running. But I still like running. =)

Went to gym training this morning. And I'm feeling so tired. . . . Going to sleep after my bath. Night.
