It's impossible to describe.

It's more common that the common cold,

And sometimes can be more of nuisance.

It comes and goes with no apparent reason.

We have no idea what brings it on,And when it goes,

it's almost impossible to get back.

We have no idea of why it happens.

Lots of times you expect it and it never happens.

Other times it happens and you didn't expect it.

Sometimes you welcome it.

Sometimes it gets in your way.

There is no predicting when or where it will hit,

But it usually comes in a flash -

Then it disappears just as fast.

Or sometimes it dies and agonizingly long, slow, painful death.

It's one word....What is it?

The answer is:

If you guessed 'love', some people would say, 'you're close.' Other would laugh and say, 'you're way of base! It has nothing to do with love.' Since this perplexing phenomenon is so common and hits everybody at some time or another, linguists had to give it a name. But nobody could pin down. so they wound up giving it a name that seemed virtually worthless at the time. They called it 'Chemistry'.
